📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed patterns and models for garments using CAD software and pattern-making machines.
• Ensure patterns and models meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct measurements and take accurate fabric samples to ensure precise pattern creation.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure patterns and models align with project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pattern and model creation.
• Maintain and calibrate pattern-making machines and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pattern & Model Operator or similar role in the garment manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using CAD software for pattern making, such as Gerber Accumark or Lectra Modaris.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and industry standards.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and techniques.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
