📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily work of the design team, including project management, quality control, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, and translate them into effective design solutions.

• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, and negotiate terms and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with design standards and best practices, and maintain a strong focus on quality and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the design industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing creative strategies for various projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
