📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks and Excel.
• Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain and update customer records and invoices.
• Generate reports on accounts receivable and provide insights for financial analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their financial transactions are handled smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
