In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the architectural aspects of mixed-development projects, from concept design to construction completion. You will work with a diverse team of professionals, using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, to create and manage detailed architectural drawings, models, and documentation. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that the architectural vision is translated into reality, while adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate architectural design and construction activities for mixed-development projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed architectural drawings, models, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the integration of architectural design and construction processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure that construction activities align with architectural plans and specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural coordination for mixed-development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards relevant to Bali.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid professional certification in Architecture (e.g., ARIB, SARA) is a plus.
