📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and certifications.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Drive operational efficiency and sustainability through effective HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy and natural resources sector.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in HSE.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, or similar tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
