📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of our global network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade network solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration files, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, ensuring they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network monitoring and support.
• Work with vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and support of our network infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in IP networking, routing, and switching.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
