Licensed Pharmacist - Retail & E-Commerce

Mandjur Sehat Abadi is seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to join our team in Bali. As a Licensed Pharmacist at Mandjur Sehat Abadi, you will play a crucial role in our retail and e-commerce operations. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with accurate information about medications, dosages, and potential interactions. Your daily tasks will include managing inventory, processing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring our pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to customers in both physical stores and online consultations.
• Manage inventory and ensure product quality and safety.
• Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Train and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize online pharmacy operations.
• Promote our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Licensed Pharmacist with a valid APOTEKER license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy.
• Experience with e-commerce and online pharmacy operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as ApotekNet, SIRS, or similar.
• Certification in pharmacy practice and regulations is a plus.
