📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach various subjects to students in grades 7-9.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student success.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
• Stay updated on educational trends and best practices.
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned by the school administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a junior high school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional).
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience with educational technology tools such as Google Classroom, Kahoot, or Quizizz.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
