📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders, ensuring they are delivered promptly and correctly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in dining areas, including tables, silverware, and glassware.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, working closely with our culinary team.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Uphold the resort's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dining or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as Micros or similar.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian, with English being a plus.
