📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair outdoor infrastructure including solar panels, wind turbines, and communication towers.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Work with engineering and design teams to develop and implement installation plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing infrastructure.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and maintain a clean, safe work site.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of field operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor field work, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
• Familiarity with solar, wind, or telecommunications infrastructure installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
