As an Account Payable & Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records using advanced accounting software. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Reconcile accounts payable and general ledger, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
Monitor and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors.
Participate in financial audits and reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
