Parama Agung Karya is seeking a dedicated Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting in tax planning and compliance.

As a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff at Parama Agung Karya, you will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will use industry-standard tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel to manage financial data and prepare reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
