📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of industrial equipment.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and pricing.
  • Monitor and manage procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on industrial equipment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with the industrial equipment industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
