📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our affiliate network, identifying and onboarding high-potential affiliates.
• Coordinate with affiliates to ensure seamless product distribution and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics and affiliate management platforms.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including banners, text links, and promotional emails.
• Analyze affiliate data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on affiliate program performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related role.
• Proficient in using affiliate marketing platforms like ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten Advertising.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
• Certification in affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
