📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress and provide appropriate support and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the smooth running of the school.
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, behavior, and academic progress.
  • Follow all relevant health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, including those related to equal opportunities and safeguarding.

    Kualifikasi:

  • A qualified teacher with a relevant teaching degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
  • A valid teaching certificate or equivalent is required.
