📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and managing the daily menu.,Oversee the cooking process, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards.,Manage and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
