CV Pilar Kencana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Internal Audit professional to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a passion for maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.
