📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks and support for the General Affairs department.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of official documents and correspondence.,Maintain and update administrative records and databases.,Handle and process employee-related administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient administrative support.,Assist in the organization and planning of events, meetings, and other administrative activities.,Provide administrative support during the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with administrative procedures and protocols.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
