📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients.,Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve sales performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian real estate market and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid SIM (Student Immigration) or KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) for remote work in Indonesia.
