📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.,Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.,Maintain accurate records of guest and client information.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized at all times.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle and resolve any complaints or concerns in a professional manner.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
