📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring proper inventory management.
• Support the retail team by handling customer inquiries, processing returns, and assisting with cash transactions.
• Work closely with the store manager to ensure all retail operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of merchandise for sales, including pricing, tagging, and labeling.
• Participate in inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock loss.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with any additional tasks that may arise during the day.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated on retail trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a luxury or fashion retail setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail software such as SAP Retail or Retail Pro is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be available to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
