📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of retail sales consultants, providing training and support.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record in sales leadership.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
