📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production team, ensuring efficient and effective operation of production processes.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Ensure that production processes comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.
  • Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed in the production area.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with production software and tools.
  • Understanding of quality management systems and standards.
