📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Train and develop outlet staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the corporate team to implement new initiatives and improve processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
