PT Kreasi Optima is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Pluit, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in using HR software and systems.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions.
