Hokian Zahra Auto Service is looking for a motivated Junior Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department in sourcing and procuring materials and equipment for our auto service operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the automotive industry and develop your skills in procurement and supplier management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and transactions.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Assist in preparing purchase orders and invoices.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of new suppliers.,Provide administrative support to the purchasing department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
