📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.,Provide training and support to new employees.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.,Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
