Moon Local Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support and assistance to employees in the use of IT systems and applications.,Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and software.,Monitoring and maintaining the performance of IT systems and networks.,Ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Assisting in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Providing training and support to employees on the use of new IT systems and applications.,Maintaining documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.,Good understanding of network protocols and security principles.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Knowledge of operating systems (WindowsLinuxmacOS).Experience with IT support tools and software (e.g.ServiceNowJiraetc.).Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g.AWSAzureGoogle Cloud).Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and principles.Ability to work in a fast-paceddynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
