📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert advice and support on Microsoft solutions to clients.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Microsoft technology.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new Microsoft solutions and services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on product performance and client satisfaction.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT product support or sales.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
