📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support.,Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a high quality of hire.,Develop and administer employee benefits and compensation programs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
