📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Lead HR training and development programs.,Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Certification in HR management is a plus.
