📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies for production.,Report on production progress and performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in production.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
