📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing and supervising the kitchen staff.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Professional certification in culinary arts is a plus.
