As a Deputy Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting the Cashier in managing the cash register, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth operations at our coffee shop. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Cashier in managing the cash register and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Cashier or management.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.,Monitor inventory levels and alert the Cashier when restocking is needed.,Assist in opening and closing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
