📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze operational performance data using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct process audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operational excellence.
• Provide training and support to operational teams on continuous improvement techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or operational excellence field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
