📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels.,Plan and execute voyages according to company policies and regulations.,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment and systems.,Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.,Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.,Report any incidents or near-misses to the company.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Knowledge of international maritime regulations and conventions.,Experience with vessel management systems and software.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required.
