📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and relationships.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the retail industry and market dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
