📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and technologies.,Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and align programs with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Support the HR team in organizing and managing training events and seminars.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel within Indonesia for training purposes.
