📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the performance of the team, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.,Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to help them develop their skills and capabilities.,Coordinate and manage daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Represent the company at team meetings, events, and other relevant activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other relevant HR tools and technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
