As an Operations Supervisor, your mission is to oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management to order fulfillment. You’ll work closely with our team of warehouse staff, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory, ensuring that we have the right products on hand to meet our clients’ needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our inventory levels meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that our warehouse management system (WMS) is functioning optimally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the logistics or warehousing industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team of warehouse staff.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Forklift Operation or Warehouse Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
